Italy’s Prime Minister, Giorgia Meloni, visited Abu Dhabi for one and a half days. Her trip was very important for building strong connections with countries in the Gulf region.
Big Energy Agreement
During her visit, Meloni signed a big energy agreement with the UAE and Albania. They will work together to make wind and solar power. Some of this energy will go to Italy, helping it become a key link between Europe and Africa.
Meeting with Leaders
Meloni also met with UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. They talked about ways to grow their partnership.
More Trips Coming
The Prime Minister is planning more visits to other countries, like Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, to build stronger friendships and work on new ideas.
